Across the four segments, Just Eat Take​away​.com operates in 20 countries, representing an addressable population of over 700 million people. In 2023, we served a total of 84 million active consumers across our segments.

During my time in Just Eat, I led the website's user experience, user interface and research and sometimes would be involved with the iOS app. I also advocated a data-driven mindset in the product team, introduced the UX process to the development team, created documentation to improve transparency and processes and facilitated ideation/problem-solving workshops.

Notable Achievements:
• Decreased the amount of After-Order tickets received by our CS team by 18%;
• Increased our overall CSAT score by 13% as bumped our NPS with 10 point;
• Reduced CS ticket resolution time dropped by 108 minutes;
• Redesigned and implemented the new Help Centre following successful usability tests with an 85% success rate
